Gorgeous photos (again). And I still love those shoes. I hope you're inventing all sorts of reasons to wear them, like because you're baking and they match your heart-shaped measuring cups. (I realize that sounds a bit ridiculous, but it's only because the shoes are THAT fabulous. :])
I wish, I WISH, I could see things the way you do through a camera lens. Your photos make my world seem a more beautiful place. I can't imagine anything better than that!
And I'm shamelessly copying elements of your style. I bought my mom a paloma's nest doo-da as a thank you present/memento after seeing it on this blog, and I'm trying to see if I can rustle up some of those elusive birds for our July cake...
Lovely pics... I stumbled on your blog yesterday. And I think I managed to read all of it (finished just now). I'm in love with your pics, your style... *sigh* Hop you won't mind if I try to copy those too cute for words birds. I've got plenty of scraps of silk dupionni and lace because that's what my dress is being made of (yeah, home made dress... thanks mom and aunty) so I'll give it a try ! By sbody just across the Channel ;-) http://jolismariages.blogspot.com
I have read straight through your blog in the last two days as I've had my wisdom teeth out and haven't had much else to do besides knit wash cloths (and it helps me procrastinate on my projects that actually need doing) and my love for those adorable little birdie cake toppers made me brave enough to comment: Your blog has made me feel better than vicodin and bunnies and tulle mixed together. So, thanks.
Yes, August wasn't memorable at all! Ha!
ReplyDelete... lovely shots, by the way. Especially cupcake.

ReplyDeleteKristy, I might have worn them around the house once or twice!
Wide Eyed Bride, they were from Dune.
Aubergine, they were buttons. From some really awful teenage goth shop online!
