So I know everyone is all about the dress and the shrug and the headpiece and the inconceivably beautiful friends. But there was a baby goat at this wedding, A BABY GOAT PEOPLE. Just look at the cuteness...
If I'd been a guest at this wedding there's no way in hell I'd have been dragged away from such adorableness for anything as pedestrian as a wedding.

oh my god, the cute. we're having a petting zoo at our farm wedding next year, and this makes me very glad.
ReplyDeleteTHERE IS A GOAT IN THIS PICTURE.
ReplyDeleteI like goats.
Except the goats I grew up with were nothing like this nice little goat. They were pygmy goats, and they were disgusting. Not unlike NYC teenagers, come to think of it.
Also we MISS you when you are gone.
ReplyDeleteI would prefer an army of kittens. Maybe they could be the favours?
ReplyDeleteP.S. Too true amanda!
ohmygoodness that is the BEST idea ever!!!! I would probably miss my own wedding if there was a goat at it though :)
ReplyDeleteit was pure luck that eames stood still - i have about 300 photos of a ball of fuzzy blur :D
Ha! That is awesome.
ReplyDeleteIt's good, but if you're going to do livestock at a wedding, I don't think you can beat the chartreuse-and-peony-dyed sheep from the wedding scene in Nanny McPhee...
ReplyDeleteHope you had a lovely break....did you receive the bird in one piece by the way? I always worry when I post things...
i love goats. love. love. love.
ReplyDeleteI want a baby goat. I want a baby goat. I want a baby goat. I WANT a baby GOAT!!
ReplyDeleteOh wow. wow. wow. I can't cope with the cuteness! I'm getting married at my parents farm in 6 weeks and this makes me wish they had goats. I just don't know that a baby calf would be as adorable.
ReplyDeleteoh...i love baby goats!! i want one!!
ReplyDeleteJust look at its little head!
ReplyDeletewhat a sweet sweet little goat! I love his adorable face...
ReplyDeleteBABY GOAT! Holy crap! Totally trumps all of that other stuff...
ReplyDeleteAwww. I had a baby goat once, who sadly never got to grow up. He was a Nubian goat and he smelled so good and was so sweet to me. But he didn't like anyone else, and he would butt them with his little baby horns. This picture is so so sweet!
ReplyDeleteholy smokes! i love your blog, and just happened to be checking it and i saw this post. wow, thanks lady! i love love your blog-your photography makes me giddy.
