Oh woman. From outside our windows and from the lenses of our cameras, fall is so stunning it hurts. It's when we're outside with the wind and the darkness that it is less charming. That and having to turn the m-f-ing heat on.
Oh girlikins. We will have to get you to California some day for prolonged sunshine and blueness of skies. Of course, at the moment it's raining drops the size of frogs, but still.
i love both of the changing seasons (autumn and spring) but then again, living in Queensland in Australia, they are both pretty mild and just the same as each other!
It's my favorite season... Maybe it'll become yours some day. Maybe. The light is quite lovely, though...isn't it? Are the skies always gray where you are once autumn starts..? The first few autumn skies here are a most startling blue - piercing even. But in the most beautiful way...
i hear ya! (possible snow here in middle america tonight). i'm mourning the fact it's time to store my summer sandals. but sunny days (even in fall)...are devine in their own right.
I think autumn is my favourite season. But then I don't live in Scotland. Perhaps you need a S.A.D light - ours is brilliant on dark winter days as it gives a little sunshine.
That photo is lovely. Maybe you should get that printed the size of your window and put it on a blind for the days when it is peeing down outside...
True dat!! :)
