Amazing, inspiring, self-employed women who seem to know exactly what I need to hear when I need to hear it (Emma, Annabel, Emily, I'm talking about you.)
BBC World Service, and stories about things that had never even crossed my mind (did you know that the 2012 Olymipics fall over Ramadan? When Muslims aren't allowed to eat during daylight? When Muslim athletes aren't allowed to eat during daylight?Crazypants)
We all need a little lift every once in a while - you inspire me too in so many ways, you beautiful, hard working Mummy of two gorgeous twins you ;) {there's that photography thing you do too which is rather incredible!}.
Can't wait to come up to Scotland and see you soon.
just an fyi about the olympics thing: that is true about muslims, BUT it's also true that in exceptional circumstances imams can waive the fasting and athletes can fast during another month, so there is a rower for example who is eating during the olympics and fasting at another time, and a sprinter who is still going to fast.
Blessings, all. Lovely and well-deserved. (So good to reconnect with you.)
