shop for me.

Where can I find really simple black wedges? High ones. With a platform. These ones were perfect but after letting me order them, get really excited about them and plan outfits around them, Aldo emailed me to tell me that they don't have my size any more. Bastards.

I can't start looking again, I just can't. Please do it for me. Thanks.

      Thank you. Zappos don't ship to the UK so I didn't look at those in case any of them happen to be perfect. The amazon ones are all a little.... hookery. Or have rope souls. Which just no. I like the last pair but £17.99 doesn't bode well for comfort or longevity. I know, I'm fussy.

    You can find them in my wardrobe circa 2000. Which I know isn't helpful, but those really are uncannily like the pair I used to wear when I was 16-pretending-to-be-18, as if those four inches would make any difference whatsoever.

    I'll keep my eyes peeled for you though. (Raye, two words: fancy links.)

    These don't have as much of a platform in the front & they're not quite as tall, but they're pretty simple.

    I'm still looking, but I'm not having much luck. (For you *or* for a replacement for those flats I had to return.)

    these awesome reduced high ones? (which are similarish in style to the sadly sold out Slow and Steady Wins The Race black wedge *and* reduced from £250 to £79... But only available in a size 41)
