DeleteGorgeous pictures. The Uist wind obviously played havoc with Ammie's hair! Ella's hair looks lovely in bunches. They both look so grown-up!

DeleteAhh just lovely. We have been away for a lot of out two kiddos birthdays. There birthdays are consecutive days three years apart. Being away on an adventure, on holiday for their birthdays are some of their best memories so far. Loved this post, jx
ReplyDeleteIt was fun having a birthday adventure, although I missed the ritual of waking up and having presents. Perhaps being away but not travelling is the answer.

They will soak up every image and process it through the filtered lens of their lives, loves and longings... they'll know how you felt when they were two and (maybe) they'll remember a bit about it themselves.
